The Taylor Donaldson Swing Orchestra is a 12-piece ensemble that pays homage to the great dance bands of the 1930s, 40s and 50s. The group’s large and varied repertoire includes tunes made famous by the big bands of Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Jimmie Lunceford, Benny Goodman, Chick Webb, Tommy Dorsey, and more.
The orchestra performs regularly at our home in Montreal, the Cat’s Corner Swing Dance School, and has played for dance events and festivals in Quebec and Ontario.
